As part of our Marketing Directors and Commercial Directors team, Sam is a proven Marketing Director who has a history of applying his skills effectively across different sectors.
These sectors have included travel with companies such as First Choice Holidays PLC, financial services with BUPA and “not-for-profit” membership organisations with The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
As a Marketing Director with a number of smaller businesses he now has a track record of successfully applying the useful parts of his “big company” experience to SME’s.
He uses project management skills to make sure “things get done” and applies a mix of pragmatic, tactical project implementation and sound strategic thinking.
Sam is currently a non-Executive Director of the Mountain Training Trust (Plas y Brenin). Particular interests in this role include governance and marketing issues. He also keeps up to date with the Google advertising qualifications and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®

Philippa HarrisAssociate Director
Philippa has a track record of profit and service delivery as an experienced Marketing Director, Commercial Director and Managing Director. She has worked across a range of well-known companies in including First Choice PLC, Sovereign Luxury Holidays, Eurotunnel PLC and Take One Media, part of Menzies Distribution. She has also been involved in the Charity sector for a number of years.
Philippa excels at being able to see the overview clearly, review the vision or create it, change the direction, identify key priorities and develop an action plan. She is then skilled at working with the team in a collaborative but challenging way to ensure delivery of the plan.
Philippa is a very strong believer in making the customer (and their customers) the key focus at the outset. She also believes in completely integrated marketing programs and considers every company to be unique in its requirements.
